Enjoy cozy sharing dishes and complete menus, all inspired by beer! Savor juicy spare ribs with beer glaze, the best stewed beef from the city—homemade in Nonkel Pater sauce—Juicy Lucie burgers, veggie burgers, and a variety of delicious veggie dishes. Or how about a fresh soup made with beer? Feeling a bit peckish? Try our XXL nacho platter, pizzas, or other “bar” snacks. In short, a casual yet exceptionally tasty kitchen!

Everything is prepared fresh, so when it’s gone, it’s gone!

YOUR EVENT IN THE BREWERY!

Would you like to organize a party for your clients or family? Or perhaps a corporate event? Do it in a unique location, amidst our brewery and beer garden on the protected historic site of the Noorderpershuis!

That’s possible! We will take care of everything down to the last detail!

Snacks and drinks, a restaurant visit with a three-course menu, or a BBQ are some of the options. For larger groups (from 40 to 120 people), we can also engage our caterer.

Out of respect for the neighborhood, we unfortunately cannot host “night parties” due to potential noise disturbances. Therefore, wedding receptions with dancing are not possible.

Tour the Brewery

Curious about how our beers are brewed? You don’t even have to leave your seat! Sit back and relax among the brew kettles and fermentation tanks while watching our brewers at work. Enjoy your glass of beer and delicious dishes while observing the brewing process, filling kegs, and checking fermentations. In short, it’s a unique experience and insight into the brewery.
